Routing by topic

Send sales questions to sales and support questions to support, from one form.

1. In the Builder, add a Select field named Topic, with the choices Sales and Support.
2. On Delivery, add both addresses. For each one, set a condition under Send, such as Topic equals Sales.
3. Choose Save delivery, send a test, and publish.

The routing stays on the server, so visitors never see or choose an address. See Routing rules.
