Real forms, start to finish. Each one is set up in the app, and goes on your site with the script embed or a hosted link, with no code to write. Using your own UI instead? Keep the same form, and follow the quickstart for your framework.

Contact Form On A Marketing Site

People reach you from your site, and you get an email with a reply address.

  1. Create a form named Contact. Its name, email, and message fields are ready to use.
  2. On Delivery, add the address that should get messages. Replies go to the address the person typed.
  3. On Publish, publish the form, choose Embed, and paste the code on your contact page.

Quote Request With A Conditional Field

Ask for a budget only when someone wants a full project, so simple requests stay short.

  1. In the Builder, add a Select field named Service, with the choices Advice and Full project. Then add a Budget field.
  2. On Conditions, show Budget only when Service is Full project.
  3. Add a recipient on Delivery, publish, and paste the embed code on your quote page.

The server applies the same condition, so a hidden answer is never required. See Form Definition Reference.

Multi-Step Hosted Form

Split a long intake form into steps, with Next and Back buttons, and share it by link.

  1. In the Builder, add your fields. On Flow, group them into two or more sections.
  2. Add a recipient on Delivery and publish.
  3. Copy the Hosted URL from Publish, and send it out.

People see one step at a time, with a counter, and each step is checked before the next. See Sections And Multi-Step Forms.

Event Survey

Ask how the event went, with a follow-up question for low scores, and close it after a week.

  1. In the Builder, add a Rating question from 1 to 5, and a text question, “What should we improve?”
  2. On Conditions, show the text question only for ratings of 3 or less.
  3. On Publish, set a Response window that closes a week after the event, publish, and share the link.

You read each response in the app, and can get an email for each one if you add a recipient. Charts and export of answers aren’t available yet. See Surveys And Questionnaires.

Newsletter Signup

Collect addresses on your site, and get each new one by email.

  1. Create a form with one Email field, and a required checkbox for consent.
  2. Add yourself as a recipient on Delivery, and publish.
  3. Paste the embed code in your page.

Formerie collects the signups and notifies you. It doesn’t send newsletters, it can’t email the person back to confirm, and the CSV download doesn’t include answers. So add each address to your newsletter tool as it arrives.

Different Topics To Different Recipients

Send sales questions to sales and support questions to support, from one form.

  1. In the Builder, add a Select field named Topic, with the choices Sales and Support.
  2. On Delivery, add both addresses. For each one, set a condition under Send, such as Topic equals Sales.
  3. Choose Save delivery, send a test, and publish.

The routing stays on the server, so visitors never see or choose an address. See Delivery Rules.
