Script Embed Quickstart

Put a form on any site by pasting one tag. It works on plain HTML and on website builders that let you add a script. Formerie draws the form, checks it, stores it, and emails you, and you never handle a submission.

Set Up The Form In The App

  1. Open app.formerie.com and create a form named Contact. It starts with name, email, message, and company fields, ready to use.
  2. On the Delivery tab, add your email address, then choose Save delivery. Confirm the email Formerie sends you.
  3. On the Publish tab, choose Publish form.

Add The Form

On the Publish tab, choose Embed and copy the code. Paste it where the form should appear:

There’s nothing to install and no site address to add. The form sizes itself, and shows one step at a time if it has several sections.

Check It Arrived

Open your page, fill in the form, and send it. In the app, your response shows under Submissions, and its email under Deliveries. See Troubleshooting if it doesn’t.

No Site Yet?

Copy the Hosted URL from the Publish tab instead. It’s a page of its own that you can share in an email or a post:
