Submissions And Deliveries
Every accepted response is saved first, then emailed, so an email problem never loses a response. Submissions shows what people sent. Deliveries shows what happened to each email.
Workspace owners and admins see everything. On a single form, the Admin and Submissions roles can read responses. See Team And Access.
Read A Response
Open Submissions, search or filter, then open a row. You’ll see the answers, the source page, the spam and verification checks, and each delivery attempt.
Check An Email
Open Deliveries to see every email across your forms, with its status, provider, and any error. Filter by form, status, or workspace to find one quickly.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Queued | Waiting for its next attempt |
| Retrying | A temporary error occurred, and Formerie tries again by itself |
| Delivered | Your provider accepted the email |
| Failed | Formerie stopped trying |
“Delivered” means the email provider accepted the message. Check the recipient’s spam folder if it doesn’t appear.
Retry A Failed Delivery
Formerie makes up to 5 attempts by itself. If it stops:
- Open the submission. It explains what went wrong and what to do next.
- Fix the cause, such as an unverified recipient, an inactive sender, or provider credentials.
- Choose to retry delivery.
Owners, admins, and form admins can retry. You can’t retry while an attempt is running, so wait for its result first.
Export To CSV
Choose Export CSV on either page. You get the rows currently showing, with IDs, form, workspace, status, source, and dates. Spreadsheet formulas in the values are neutralized, so opening the file is safe.
The file doesn’t include the answers, which you read on each submission. Exporting answers isn’t available yet.
