# Routing by topic

Send sales questions to sales and support questions to support, from one form.

1. In the **Builder**, add a required **Dropdown** field named **Topic**, with the choices **Sales** and **Support**. Required means every response matches one of the rules below, since an answer that matches none emails nobody.
2. On **Delivery**, add both addresses. For each one, set a condition under **Send**, such as **Topic** equals **Sales**.
3. Choose **Save delivery**, send a test, and publish.

The routing stays on the server, so visitors never see or choose an address. See [Routing rules](/guides/delivery-rules/).
