# Event survey

Ask how the event went, with a follow-up question for low scores, and close it after a week.

1. In the **Builder**, add a **Rating** question from 1 to 5, and a text question, "What should we improve?"
2. On **Conditions**, show the text question only for ratings of 3 or less.
3. On **Publish**, set a **Response window** that closes a week after the event, publish, and share the link.

You read each response in the app, and can get an email for each one if you add a recipient. Charts and export of
answers aren't available yet. See [Surveys](/guides/surveys/).
