# Multi-step form

Split a long intake form into steps, with Next and Back buttons, and share it by link.

1. In the **Builder**, add your fields. On **Flow**, group them into two or more sections.
2. Add a recipient on **Delivery** and publish.
3. Copy the **Hosted URL** from **Publish**, and send it out.

People see one step at a time, with a counter, and each step is checked before the next.
