# Contact form

People reach you from your site, and you get an email with a reply address.

1. Create a form named **Contact**. Its name, email, and message fields are ready to use.
2. On **Delivery**, add the address that should get messages. Replies go to the address the person typed.
3. On **Publish**, publish the form, choose **Embed**, and paste the code on your contact page.
