# Plans And Limits

Every new workspace starts on the Free plan, and Formerie is free during early access.
Plans belong to a workspace, not to a person, so each workspace has its own. See current
prices on the [pricing page](https://formerie.com/pricing/).

Open **Settings** to find the plan and the accepted submissions for each workspace you
belong to.

## When You Reach A Limit

Formerie tells you which limit you reached, and nothing already saved changes. This applies
to active forms, recipients, members, provider connections, and custom hostnames. Remove
something you no longer use, or move to a higher plan.

Monthly submissions work differently. Going past the number doesn't stop your forms: every
response is still stored and delivered, and **Settings** tells you as you get close and once
you're past it. Limits may change as early access continues.

A few ceilings protect every customer, and normal use doesn't reach them:

- On the Free plan, a form accepts up to 1,000 submissions an hour.
- A Free account can send up to 20,000 notification emails a month through Formerie. Past that,
  responses are kept and not emailed, and sending comes back on the 1st. Your own email provider
  doesn't count.
- An account's forms pause new submissions once it stores 2 GB of responses. We tell you at 1 GB,
  and [we can raise it](https://formerie.com/contact/) if your use is genuine.

Your own [per-form limits and quotas](/guides/spam-protection/) are separate, and they always
apply.

## Change Plans

Site, Growth, and Business aren't in signup yet, and payment isn't connected. If you need
